Busy + unposed session on family’s Kansas ranch

Sara came to me asking for a truly documentary family session, and when we chatted on the phone about her vision, my heart was overflowing. Sara is a photographer herself and a ranch wife, too, so I already felt we’d be such a good fit. I followed her and her husband, Steve, and their sweet babes around as they danced in the kitchen, goofed around in the living room, talked to Jesus on a blanket in the yard and strolled through the pasture with their horses.
